New Years Day

I woke up in the morning unable to taste anything. Not sweet, not salt... nothing. Given my neurological background I was concerned. So I called an advice nurse followed by a trip to the ER. 2 CT scans, an EKG and tons of lab work they found nothing. They sent me home to follow up with my primary care dr. I woke up this morning and everything was fine. They had absolutely no idea why it happened. It's resolved itself so it would be hard to figure out why it happened at this point. It was sure distressing though.

Ugh. That's no bueno! Personally, I have migraine symptoms that include changes in how things taste, sometimes not tasting at all (or that's how I perceive it, anyway.)
